PRIVACY POLICY

The user's personal data is used by Oleo Tecnica s.r.l., who is the Data Controller, in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the GDPR Regulation 2016/679 and the national legislation in force.

METHOD AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

1.     We inform you that the data will be processed with the support of the following means:

•          Mixed mode – printed and computing form

for the following purposes:

•          Fulfillment of tax or accounting obligations
•          Supplier management (contracts, orders, arrivals, invoices)
•          Management of existing claims (contracts, orders, arrivals, invoices)
•          Transport operations (passengers and goods)

2.     The personal data provided by users are processed lawfully to carry out (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of Regulation 679/2016) :

•         The execution of a contract and/or pre-contractual measures;

3.     The data collected may be communicated, for legal obligations or for exclusive functional reasons within the execution of the contract to the following categories of recipients:

•          Consultants and freelancers also in associated form;
•          Companies that carry out warehouse and transport logistics services;

4.     The data retention period is: The data will be stored for 10 years from the last registration – v. art. 2220 Italian civil code

THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

5.     Under the GDPR Regulation 2016/679 and the national legislation in force, according to the procedures and within the limits established by current legislation, the data subjects are entitled to exercise the following rights :

•          the right to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed  (access right – art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016);
•          know the origin;
•          receive intelligible communication;
•          have information about the logic, methods and purposes of the processing;
•          request the update, the rectification, the integration, the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected (right to erasure and right to rectification – artt. 16 e 17 of Regulation 679/2016);
•          the right to restriction of processing (art. 18 of Regulation 679/2016);
•          right of revocation;
•          the right to data portability (art. 20 of Regulation 679/2016);
•          in case of consent, the right to receive your personal data, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
•          the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
